Amigos de Suryavana no creo que haga falta explicar la situación que estamos viviendo a nivel internacional. Empresas, instituciones y asociaciones de todo tipo están cerrando y paralizando sus actividades para poder frenar esta pandemia que nos está afectando a todos.
Suryavana es un centro de retiros, por lo tanto, su idiosincrasia es el estar con personas, junto a personas, conviviendo con personas, juntas y en contacto, en estrecha relación durante horas, días. Esto significa que no hay posibilidad de poder realizar ninguna actividad para la que se creó; yoga, retiros de enseñanza, de meditación, silencio o reunión en la convivencia.
Es un espacio donde mucha gente ha dejado horas de su vida laboral, su tiempo y su práctica para conseguir, no sin mucho esfuerzo, que fuera viable económicamente. En el horizonte se vislumbraba todo un calendario 2020 completamente ocupado con diversas actividades a nivel local e incluso internacional y eso nos dejaba ser optimistas sobre su futuro.
Ahora todo eso se ha tenido que posponer, nada se ha borrado para un posible futuro, pero los gastos mínimos no es posible posponerlos (hipoteca y mantenimiento mínimo, agua, etc. sobre € 1500 al mes) y necesitamos ganar tiempo para poder en unos meses poder relanzar todas esas actividades que están pendientes para cuando la situación lo permita, por eso desde la Junta de Suryavana QUEREMOS PEDIRTE UN EJERCICIO DE DANA, GENEROSIDAD.
Entendiendo que todos tenemos incertidumbres pero que también muchos haciendo un poco crean algo grande, quisiéramos pedirte que te unas a las personas que ya estamos donando mensualmente un pequeño pago para poder soportar estos meses de total paralización, puede ser 5€ o 10€, si somos bastantes donando esas cantidades se creará una base que nos permita hacer frente a esos gastos básicos y retomar las actividades para volver a la senda de viabilidad en la que estábamos. Ahora mismo varías personas juntas están apoyando unos € 500 al mes.

Friends of Suryavana, I do not think it is necessary to explain the situation that we are experiencing internationally. Companies, institutions and associations of all kinds are closing and paralyzing their activities in order to stop this pandemic that is affecting us all.
Suryavana as a Retreat Centre, is essentially about being with people, gathering together, coming together and living with each other, in contact, in close relationship for hours, days. This means that there is no possibility of being able to carry out any activity for which it was created; yoga, retreats, teaching meditation, in silence or otherwise.
It is a space where many people have dedicated hours and days, working with others, dedicating their time and their practice to make it economically viable and spiritually vital. A great deal of time, energy, effort and love have been invested since we bought Suryavana in 2016. On the horizon, a full 2020 calendar loomed with various activities at the local and an international level, and that leaves us optimistic about its future.
Now everything has been postponed. However, the minimum expenses cannot be postponed (mortgage and minimum maintenance, water, etc. of around € 1500 a month). We want to gain time to be able to relaunch our activities in a few months, hopefully the autumn. WE ASK YOU TO PRACTICE DANA, GENEROSITY.
We are aware that everyone is living in uncertain times, but we are also aware that many of us doing a little can create something great. We ask you to join the people who are already donating a small payment every month to be help Suryavana survive these difficult months and flourish into the future.
